First-time setup

Joining an agency, finishing verification, getting the dialer ready, and taking your first call — the quickest path from logging in to going live.

1. Accept your agency invite (if you have one)

If your agency owner sent you an invite, the invite arrives inside the CRM on the email tied to your CRM login.

  1. Sign in at the email address the invite was sent to.
  2. Accept the invite.
  3. Switch into the agency from the agency-name selector in the top-left corner.

Your wallet is tied to your email, not to the agency — your balance moves with you when you switch agencies.

2. Complete verification if requested

  1. Click your initials in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Account Settings.
  3. Open the Verification tab.
  4. Upload the requested information and documents.

Some lead sources won’t route calls to you until verification is complete, so do this early.

3. Get the dialer ready

Before you take your first live call, run through the dialer setup once:

  1. Use a PC or Mac with Google Chrome for the best result.
  2. Close other apps that use your headset or microphone.
  3. Make sure your headset isn’t connected to multiple devices at once.
  4. Log into the dialer, select your microphone and headset, and run the audio tests.
  5. Then toggle on and take a test call.

If anything sounds choppy or wrong, see Dialer and audio setup before you try a real call.

4. Subscribe to a lead source

  1. Go to Manage Call Leads.
  2. Select the states you’re licensed in.
  3. Pick a lead source and subscribe. If approval is needed, wait for confirmation.

5. Take your first call

When the call lands, the workflow is:

  1. Start speaking immediately on answer — don’t wait for the caller to say hello.
  2. Use the script provided in the dialer.
  3. The moment the Lead button appears, click it to open the lead in the CRM.
  4. Click Edit Lead Information to launch the wizard and fill in details as you talk.
