How the owner sends the invite
- The agency owner goes to Admin Dashboard → Agents → New Invite (or Invite Agent).
- They use the email address tied to your CRM login. If the email doesn’t match, the invite won’t land in your CRM.
- You receive the invite inside the CRM — not as a separate email link.
- Accept the invite.
How the wallet follows you
Your wallet is tied to your email and login, not to the agency. Your balance moves with you between agencies — you don’t lose funds when you join, leave, or switch.
Switching between agencies
- Log into the CRM.
- Use the agency-name selector in the top-left corner.
- Choose the agency you want to work under.
You can be a member of multiple agencies. The selector is how you pick which one is “active” for the current session.
If the invite never shows up
Almost every “I didn’t get the invite” is one of these:
- The owner sent the invite to a different email than your CRM login.
- You’re logged into the wrong account.
- The owner hasn’t actually sent it yet — have them re-check Admin Dashboard → Agents.
