The Unlimited Calls Program — overview and enrollment
Fixed weekly cost, 45 to 60 inbound calls per week, routed straight to you. Here is how the program works, what it costs, and how to enroll.
What it is
The Unlimited Calls Program gives you unlimited inbound call routing at a fixed weekly cost — no per-call billing during the week. You pay $2,500 up front for the week, and PolicyTek routes inbound calls to you as they come in.
Volume you can expect
- 45 to 60 valid calls per week on average. Valid means the caller stayed on the line past the 90-second qualification buffer.
- Volume is not guaranteed — your availability is the biggest driver. If you''re not answering, calls roll on to the next agent.
- Lead mix: primarily standard and unfiltered inbound calls, with premium overflow mixed in when available.
Schedule
- Calls are routed during business hours Monday through Friday.
- Limited volume available Saturdays.
- No routing Sundays — Sunday is the enrollment / deposit window for the upcoming week.
Cost
A flat $2,500 per week, paid upfront via your PolicyTek wallet. Predictable budget — no per-call billing while the week is running.
How enrollment works
- Sign the agreement. Visit /unlimited-calls-program and complete the digital enrollment flow. You verify your email with a 6-digit code, acknowledge each program term, type and draw your signature, and submit. A signed PDF copy of the agreement is emailed to you immediately.
- Deposit and subscribe before the cutoff. By Sunday at 12:00 PM PST, deposit $2,500 in your PolicyTek wallet and subscribe to the Unlimited Calls source inside the CRM. Both actions are required — depositing without subscribing means no calls reach you.
- Go live Monday. Calls start routing to you during business hours that week.
The Sunday 12 PM PST cutoff
This is firm. Miss it and you''re excluded from the upcoming week so we can properly plan and allocate call volume to the agents who did make the cutoff. You can sign up again the following Sunday.
Withdrawing
If you decide not to participate this week, reply to your reminder email or message hello@policytek.com and we''ll mark you as withdrawn. If you haven''t signed yet and have an unfinished application, the Withdraw my application link in your reminder email ends the process entirely.
Weekly reminders
Every Saturday or Sunday morning, signed participants get a single email reminding them of the deposit and subscribe steps before the Sunday noon cutoff. If you want to skip a week, just don''t deposit — the reminder is informational, not an obligation.
Enroll
Open /unlimited-calls-program in any browser. The full enrollment flow takes about two minutes once you''ve read the terms.
