Subscribing to a lead source
- Go to Manage Call Leads.
- Select the states you’re licensed in.
- Choose a lead source and click Subscribe.
- Some sources require approval — wait for confirmation before expecting calls.
Seeing what a source costs
- Go to Manage Call Leads.
- Find the source you’re subscribed to.
- Open More Info to see the lead types included and the dynamic price ranges for that source.
Prices are dynamic, so the More Info screen is the source of truth, not a static brochure.
Switching to The Blend
- Unsubscribe from your current lead source if you have one.
- Subscribe to The Blend.
- If approval is required, contact support so they can move you over.
Holding your place in the queue while you wait
This is one of the most-asked questions and the answer is the opposite of what most agents instinctively do:
- Toggle on and stay connected.
- Do not keep toggling off and back on while you wait.
- Every time you toggle back on, you go to the back of the queue.
If the queue is slow, that’s the queue — toggling won’t move you up. Patience keeps your position.
