Where verification lives
- Click your initials in the top-right corner of the CRM.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Open the Verification tab.
- Upload the requested information and documents.
Do it early
Some lead sources won’t route calls to you until verification is complete. If you wait until you’re ready to take calls before starting verification, you may sit idle for hours or days waiting on document review — do it the same session you set up your account.
What you’ll typically upload
The Verification tab tells you what’s needed for your specific case. In general, expect to confirm identity and licensing details — have your producer license, NPN, and an ID handy when you start.
If a verification is rejected
The Verification tab will surface the reason. Re-upload the corrected document; don’t open multiple tickets unless support specifically asks you to.
