The fast path

The cleanest call-handling workflow lives entirely inside the wizard. You open the lead the moment the call connects, fill in the caller’s info as you talk, and the CRM dispositions the lead for you when you’re done. No post-call cleanup.

1. Open the lead from the dialer

  1. As soon as the Lead button appears on the dialer, click it.
  2. The lead opens directly inside the CRM.
  3. Click Edit Lead Information to launch the wizard.

2. Walk the wizard during the call

  1. Fill in the client’s information as you speak with them.
  2. Move through the wizard to the quoting section.
  3. Enter age, gender, and health details to see which carriers may fit.
  4. If you’re going to submit, complete the CRM application and use that information for carrier submission.

3. Let the CRM auto-disposition

Using the wizard while you’re on the call lets the system disposition the lead automatically as you move through the workflow. This cuts down on manual cleanup and improves your reporting.

If you need to disposition manually

After the call, choose the appropriate status — Contacted, Quoted, Application Submitted, or No Sale. Submit the disposition from the dialer or the CRM depending on which screen you’re on.

Submitting an application from My Leads

  1. Go to My Leads.
  2. Find the lead.
  3. Use the menu on the right, or open the lead and choose Submit Application or Quick Submit Sale — the exact option depends on which screen you’re on.

A lead isn’t showing in My Leads

  1. Go to My Leads.
  2. Click Reset Filter — this is the fix for the vast majority of “missing lead” cases.
  3. If the lead still doesn’t appear, contact support with the phone number and the time of the call.

Reviewing a call recording

  1. Go to the Calls tab.
  2. Find the call by date, time, or phone number.
  3. Calls with a play icon have a recording available.
  4. If a recording doesn’t load, send the lead’s phone number to support for investigation.
