From My Leads
- Go to My Leads.
- Find the lead.
- Use the menu on the right, or open the lead and choose Submit Application or Quick Submit Sale — the exact option depends on which screen you’re on.
From the wizard during the call
This is the fast path. While you’re on the call:
- Open the lead from the dialer the moment the Lead button appears.
- Click Edit Lead Information to launch the wizard.
- Fill in client info as you speak.
- Move through to the quoting section — age, gender, and health drive carrier eligibility.
- Complete the CRM application and use that information for carrier submission if needed.
Dispositioning the lead
If you walked the wizard during the call, the system can disposition the lead automatically. If you need to disposition manually after the call, pick one of:
- Contacted
- Quoted
- Application Submitted
- No Sale
Submit the disposition from the dialer or the CRM depending on the workflow you used.
A note on commissions in the CRM
If you see an estimate or commission amount in the CRM, that’s a commission-calculation feature — it’s an estimate only. PolicyTek does not pay agent commissions; commission payments come from the carrier or your upline.
